This Privacy Policy explains what information the Kyoto PvP Network ("Kyoto", "we", "us") collects when you use the store at store.kyotopvp.com (the "Store") and play on our network, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Store you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Game identifiers: the Minecraft username and account identifier (UUID) you provide or use, so we can deliver purchases and apply perks.
• Purchase information: the items you buy, order references, and the email address used at checkout. Payment is processed by our provider, Tebex; we receive confirmation of a transaction but do not receive or store your full card or banking details.
• Technical data: information such as IP address and connection details collected when you connect to the Store or the server, used for security, fraud prevention and operating the service.
• Linked accounts: if you choose to link a Discord or similar account, the basic identifiers needed to provide that integration.
• Support communications: messages you send us and our replies.

How we use your information

• To deliver the Products you purchase and apply them to your account.
• To operate, maintain and secure the Store and the game network.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and chargeback misuse, and to enforce our rules and Terms.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Tebex, our payment and store provider, to process payments and deliver Products (subject to Tebex's own privacy policy);
• Service providers that help us run the network (such as hosting and infrastructure), under appropriate confidentiality obligations; and
• Authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the network.

Cookies

The Store and our payment provider may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Store to function (for example, to maintain your basket and session). You can control non-essential cookies through your browser or any cookie controls presented to you.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including delivering purchases, providing support, preventing abuse, and meeting legal, accounting and reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Children

The Store is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
